We will guide you through the entire planning process, this includes:
* Vendor sourcing and contract review
* Budget creation and payment schedule
* Design & Decor development
* Event layouts, moodboard creation
* Venue coordination along with meal and seating planning
* Timeline management for you and your vendor team
* Day-of/weekend coordination
* Additional day events; i.e. Welcome Event, Brunch
* Any activities such as fireworks, animations, etc…
* Day-of & weekend on-site coordination

Though so much goes into deciding on each element’s expenditure, you can estimate a starting investment of 1,500€ per person for the wedding day. Phyllis Kent Events & Wedding services are 13% of the overall budget with a minimum spend of 120,000€ plus the travel costs of a venue visit.xt goes here
