My team and I take a thoughtful, hands-on approach, guiding you through every step with care, organization, and close attention to detail. Your priorities become our own, so you can feel supported, understood, and fully present as your celebration comes to life in a way that is uniquely yours.

I create bespoke weddings thoughtfully crafted around your unique vision and inspiration. The pricing structure below allows me to devote the highest level of care, creativity, and hands-on coordination to ensure a seamless, refined, and beautifully executed celebration.
Multi-Day Wedding Celebrations
While every wedding is thoughtfully tailored to your vision and priorities, we typically plan for an initial investment of €2,000 per guest for the wedding day. This estimate may vary depending on your venue buyout, vendor selections, design preferences, and overall scope. I am always mindful of your priorities and will present quality vendor options within your preferred budget range.
Phyllis Kent Events & Weddings services are billed at 11% of the global wedding budget
with a minimum planning budget of €120,000.
*Minimum investment is based on a average of 55 guests
**Day-of and travel expenses apply in addition to the base fee and are billed separately
No two weddings fit into a single mold, and intimate celebrations are so meaningful. After an initial meeting to discuss your vision, priorities, and expectations, I will be able to provide a tailored budget estimate and a clear fee schedule that reflects your unique event.

The per-person investment reflects the overall budget for your complete vendor team, encompassing food and beverage, photography, floral design, entertainment, rentals, décor, and all essential elements required to bring your celebration to life.

I do have a curated list of vendors I know and trust, but you are never required to work with any specific team. I truly enjoy discovering new talent and am always happy to source and introduce new vendors to expand my network and better serve your vision.

This is a very special moment in your life, and while I do work within a structured timeline, it is important to me that you always feel comfortable reaching out whenever you need to.
During the decision-making phase for your major contracts, I prefer to schedule weekly video calls to guide you through each step. There is typically a quieter period that follows, during which I focus on creating your detailed timeline and comprehensive planning documentation—however, I remain fully available throughout.
In the months leading up to the wedding, we will resume our weekly meetings to thoughtfully review and refine every detail, ensuring everything is perfectly aligned.
You are always welcome to email me with any questions or ideas, and if anything time-sensitive arises, we can of course arrange an additional call between our scheduled meetings.

Yes, I am an American living in France for the last eight years and am fluent in French, both written and spoken. I am fully comfortable working bilingually and am happy to communicate with venues and vendors in French.
