Wedding Investment…

While every wedding is thoughtfully tailored to your vision and priorities, we typically plan for an initial investment starting at €1,500 per guest for the wedding day. This estimate may vary depending on your vendor selections, design preferences, and overall scope. I am always mindful of your priorities and will present quality vendor options within your preferred budget range.
Phyllis Kent Events & Weddings services are billed at 13% of the total wedding budget, with a minimum planning budget of €120,000. Travel expenses related to venue visits are additional.
This structure allows us to devote the highest level of care, creativity, and hands-on coordination to ensure a seamless, refined, and beautifully executed celebration.

No two weddings fit into a single mold, and intimate celebrations are so meaningful and extraordinary. After an initial meeting to discuss your vision, priorities, and expectations, I will be able to provide a tailored budget estimate and a clear fee schedule that reflects your unique event.

The per-person investment reflects the overall budget for your complete vendor team, encompassing food and beverage, photography, floral design, entertainment, rentals, décor, and all essential elements required to bring your celebration to life.

I do have a curated list of vendors I know and trust, but you are never required to work with any specific team. I truly enjoy discovering new talent and am always happy to source and introduce new vendors to expand my network and better serve your vision.

I prefer to schedule weekly video calls during the decision-making phase for your major contracts. Once these key elements are confirmed, there is typically a quieter period during which I focus on creating your detailed timeline and comprehensive planning documentation.
Several months before the wedding day, we will resume our weekly meetings to thoughtfully review and refine every detail, ensuring everything is perfectly aligned.
You are always welcome to email me with any questions or ideas, and if anything time-sensitive arises, we can of course arrange an additional call between our scheduled meetings.
